Misha McClure

Misha’s professional journey is a testament to her commitment to growth and development. She is a graduate of Comcast’s Developing a Leadership Mindset program and their ENGAGE Leadership Development program. She is also a graduate of the Women in Cable Telecommunications Inspire Mentor Program, a pinnacle of mentorship excellence within the industry.

Dedicated to making a difference beyond her professional role, Misha serves on the boards of both Easter Seals of Greater Houston and AAMA. She is also a member of Dreams Unleashed – SHE Networks and the Corporate Community Relations Council. She served as a board member with Women in Cable Telecommunications from 2018 to 2020. Misha’s active engagement extends further through her affiliations with the Greater Houston Partnership Young Professionals (2017-2018), Houston Independent School District Community Advisory Committee (2017-2019), and the Texas Cable Association, where she contributed to the Newsletter Committee from 2018 to 2021. She also served as a mentor for the SUPERGirls Shine Foundation in 2023.

Among her many accolades, Misha holds a special place of pride in her heart for the recognition bestowed upon her at the 2018 Southern University Alumni Federation National Conference. She was heralded as a distinguished member of the Inaugural cohort of 40 Under 40 alumni, a prestigious honor that underscored her unwavering commitment to furthering the mission of the University.

Misha’s roots are deeply embedded in a small farm in Springridge, Louisiana, an upbringing that sowed the seeds of character and a profound dedication to service. Hailing originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication from Southern University in Baton Rouge in 2002. Currently residing in Porter with her husband, Rodrick McClure, and their son.
